7-8 lbs. Ground Beef Whatever your favorite way to fix ground beef, this will taste better.

You will taste the fresh air and sunshine of rural New Hampshire with every bite.

1 London Broil Place the frozen roast in the crock‐pot with a little water and seasonings and you will have a perfect roast for supper. Cut up any leftovers and combine with BBQ sauce for great sandwiches.

4 lbs stewing Beef skewer with  vegetables for Kabobs or use in stews soups or stroganoff

As a general guide, 50 pounds of meat will fit in about 2.25 cu.ft. of cooler/freezer space.

If a bundle is too much find another family that wants to “cowpool” and share

We are a CSA located in Chesterfield, NH, farming on the original foot print of a historic homestead once the  “grocery store” for the 19th Century Pine Grove Springs Hotel on Lake Spofford.  We practice sustainable farming practices grazing only the number of steer that can be fed by the resources available on our 35 acres.  We endeavor to have The 1780 Farm become a resource for interns and students of all ages who want to learn how to interact with the land and the soil so as to preserve it for the  generations which will follow.
